1. Right of Withdrawal and Refund
1.1. Consumers (natural persons not acting within the scope of their commercial or professional activities) under Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” point 19, have the right to withdraw from the contract and return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from receipt without giving any reason.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform www.iizii.eu electronically by filling out the withdrawal form in the “Returns” section or in writing at [email protected]. The goods must be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice.
1.3. A properly submitted withdrawal form releases the consumer from any obligations under the relevant distance contract.
1.4. Upon receipt of the goods, the seller assesses their condition, prepares refund documentation, and responds to the buyer electronically.
1.5. If the consumer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller refunds the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the goods.
1.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that:
perish quickly or have a short expiration date;
are opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., epilators, electric shavers);
are irreversibly mixed with other goods;
audio/video recordings or software packages that have been opened.
2. Prices
2.1. Prices are listed in € . The price valid at the time of ordering applies.
2.2. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, orders are processed based on the price available at the time of ordering.
3. Product Range
3.1. The buyer can purchase products listed in the www.iizii.eu online store and available in the supplier's warehouse.
3.2. If a product becomes unavailable after placing an order, the seller informs the buyer and offers an equivalent product.
3.3. The seller may change the product range and descriptions using information provided by the manufacturer.
4. Product Delivery
4.1. Delivery is carried out according to the price indicated in the order.
4.2. The buyer must present an identity document upon receipt of the goods.
4.3. The buyer inspects the visual condition of the goods upon receipt.
4.4. The order is considered fulfilled when the buyer has received the goods and signed the delivery note.
5. Product Use
5.1. The buyer must read the user manual and use the product according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
5.2. Complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
5.3. The seller is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use or normal wear and tear.
6. Parties’ Obligations and Terms
6.1. The buyer covers the cost of returning the goods.
6.2. Legal entities are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
6.3. The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data for order fulfillment.
6.4. Cookies are used for analytical purposes.
6.5. The buyer assumes the risk for receiving the goods.
6.6. The seller is not responsible for delays outside its control.
6.7. By registering or placing orders, the buyer agrees to these Terms.
6.8. The seller is not responsible if the buyer has not familiarized themselves with the Terms or Privacy Policy.
