Warranty Terms
All products purchased by a Consumer (an individual buying goods or services for personal use, not for professional or commercial purposes) are covered by a 2-year warranty. For clients who are not Consumers, the Manufacturer’s warranty applies.
The Manufacturer’s warranty period may vary depending on the product. Check the warranty period for your product on the manufacturer’s website or contact www.iizii.eu.
How to Claim Warranty
If you discover a manufacturer defect in your product, please return it with proof of purchase and warranty documents, complete and in original packaging, to the www.iizii.eu office, after contacting the administrator.
Required Documents
Warranty applies if you can provide:
Proof of purchase (invoice or delivery note)
Manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty card (if included with the product)
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Accessories, power elements (batteries, accumulators), or components with limited lifespan (fuses, headphones, microphones)
Products with damaged warranty seals or serial numbers, or if you attempted repairs yourself
Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, storms, lightning, fire, earthquakes) or by foreign objects, liquids, or insects
Damage caused by use of non-certified power supplies, spare parts, or consumables (cartridges, toners, etc.)
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, telecom or cabling standards, rapid temperature changes, soot, dust, moisture, or other external factors
Failure to perform regular maintenance, if required
Use for commercial or professional purposes if the product is not intended for such use
